Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ladies Let's Talk Collective, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your journal must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

• Include proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Postage

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we've sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return postage or provide an alternative solution.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
